Dr. Howard possesses extensive and varied  educational experience and has effectively  facilitated anti-racist, trauma-informed,  culturally responsive work resulting in  equitable school environments.  Dr. Howard  has real, lived experience and intimate  knowledge of poverty, racism and  generational trauma.
