Our Staff Grants program supports innovative activities, initiatives and programs that enhance educational opportunities for Westerville City School District students. The grant process, which is open to all district employees, is both thorough and competitive. Proposals are reviewed annually by the WEF Board of Trustees and awarded in the spring.

Our Adopt-a-Classroom program allows parents, grandparents, businesses and other interested persons to adopt specific classrooms and programs online. Select the class or program of your choice and help provide resources that will be used for special materials, supplies and consumables that staff may otherwise purchase using their personal funds.

Our Special Projects program includes Fund-a-Project opportunities, as well as Community Opportunities. There are numerous ways for our community to support smaller classroom projects or become involved in various classroom activities, including volunteer opportunities. Donations can be monetary or non-monetary, and there’s even a way for businesses to promote internship or job opportunities that are available for students.
