About the Event
​Participants will find items and complete challenges as they visit local landmarks and businesses while competing to win a $2,500 grand prize grant for their school or other prizes. Designed for all ages, the event celebrates community connection, creativity, and educational support across Westerville City Schools.

Whether you are playing for prizes, supporting your school, or simply looking for a memorable day in the community, The Ville Scavenger Hunt is an adventure you won’t want to miss!

Rules
-
Teams may have a maximum of 6 players.
-
Any team including participants under age 14 must include at least one supervising adult (18+).

The scavenger hunt is not a race, and there is no advantage or prize for finishing first.

Items, clues, or markers may not be moved, removed, or altered from their assigned locations.

Prize winners will be selected at random from all eligible teams who fully complete the scavenger hunt.

School teams may only represent as Westerville City School District School.

All participants must follow local laws, traffic rules, and posted signage at all times.

Any unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior may result in disqualification.

The scavenger hunt must be completed in its entirety to be eligible for prizes. Completed scavenger hunts must be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 3rd to be eligible for prize drawings.
Two Ways to Play
Don't want to play but want a chance to win?
Select the "Buy Out" option at registration and be entered to win BOTH the Grant Grand Prize and Community Prizes. If you select the Buy Out option, you do not have to participate in or complete the scavenger hunt, and will automatically be entered to win!
