This week, Westerville Educators headed back to school to prepare for a historic school year. We know they are hard at work developing plans and strategies to make this unusual year a success for students and families. Our teachers, administrators, and staff have always been dedicated to supporting students and helping them learn and grow, and we know that will continue this year, even in these challenging times.
We are always inspired by stories we hear about educators in our schools, and we LOVE giving out the Teacher of the Month Award each month to dedicated teachers. Education First Credit Union sponsors this program and provides winners $100 to use in their classroom account; we send them a certificate, celebrate our TOTM winners on social media each month, and post them in our TOTM winners gallery on our website. The school district also send out a press release announcing the winners each month.
Please consider if there is a teacher out there who you'd like to nominate for our Teacher of the Month award. A teacher who really made a difference for you or your student last year. Every month we choose a teacher from the pool of nominations in that school's
award month, so let us know who you recommend for this special award!
Look for the first winners to be announced from the high schools in September!
